Dr. Nyaga brings to NEEMA HEEP a wealth of experience and resources to the organization. After graduating with a Bachelors of Pharmacy from the University of Nairobi, he has invested heavily in the local community not only as a businessman, but also a philanthropist and a valued member of the community through the various organizations he is involved in including; Local churches, the Diocese of Embu, schools and community self help groups. Over the last 20 years, he has gained clear a clear understanding of the local communities including their social capital and the wider determinants of education and health. This has been leveraged in designing the products we offer and those under development.

She brings in a wealth of knowledge having worked with the local community in the whole of the county in various capacities. She has been a Board member of various High Schools in the county, and has worked with communities supporting women groups and the needy students. This is especially reinforced by her interactions with the client groups in various community gatherings. This gives her a clear understanding an perspectives of the needs of the communities we work with and the long term solutions to their economic and social empowerment.

A businessman and an accountant by profession. He is the Managing Director of Hamjambo Connections and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Daystar University. Mr. Mutero’s skills and attributes are being leveraged by the board in order to employ new media in reaching out to clients through e and m-learning.

Stella Kariuki holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from the University of Nairobi, and currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management at Kenyatta University. She is the Project Director of St Paul’s Cathedral Child Development Centre, a project funded by Compassion International. She is a member of BOM and PTA in a number of institutions. She is also a member of Manyatta Constituency ministry of Education bursary committee as well as a church leader. She has strong passion for working with the less fortunate in the community in helping them realize their potential and the resources within their reach for betterment of their living standards.

Holds Master of Science Degree in Gender and Agriculture from Larenstein University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands) and a Bachelors degree in Agriculture and Home Economics. She has a wealth of experience in agriculture production, value addition and has interacted with farmers of all gender in her extension work. Her role in the board is to help in developing strategies for reaching and working with many of our members who are either farmers or run small rural businesses. She also offers networking services between NEEMA HEEP and other partner agencies in the public and private sectors and assist I fundraising through proposal development on behalf of the organization.
